A message from our President, Brenda Moy Dudley:
Beloved WJM Family, February is Black History Month — a time to remember and celebrate the history and contributions of our ancestors. For over 73 years, the Wade Johnson Moy Family has gathered to honor our legacy and reflect on where we come from.
This year, we will reunite for our 74th Family Reunion in 📍 Chicago (Chi-town; South Side/Bronzeville) from 🗓 July 10–12, 2026.
Excitement is building! We’ve received tremendous interest and are looking forward to bringing everyone together for an unforgettable experience.
We intentionally selected our reunion dates to align with the world’s largest food festival — the famous Taste of Chicago — giving us the opportunity to enjoy both our family time and all that our host city has to offer.
Our Reunion Will Feature:
• Family Nights • Cultural Tours • Food & Festival Experiences

To help us plan accordingly, it’s important that all family members register as soon as possible. Registration allows us to finalize:
• Host hotel & room block numbers • Event counts
• Food & group fellowship • Reunion T-shirts
We are currently finalizing our host hotel. Room blocks will be first-come, first-served, and details will be shared very soon.

As we continue advancing our family legacy into the 21st century, we are expanding how we communicate. In addition to email, we will now use text messaging to share updates and reminders more quickly. If you receive a reunion text, please forward it to your family members so no one misses important information.
